Devbhoomi Himachal celebrates number of fairs and festivals ,most of which are part of religious celebrations.Whether it is Minjar of Chamba,Dushurra of Kullu or Shivratri of Mandi all has one thing common ,presence of local gods and Goddesses .Mandi a town on the bank of river Beas with so many ancient temples celebrates International Shivratri fair every year in the month of March.
