Vacancies of Project Assistant at IHBT (CSIR) Palampur

IHBT palampur has invited eligible & interested candidates for engagement in a project on purely temporary basis (co-terminus with the project) for the following positions:-

1. Project Assistant Level-II - Rs. 12,000/- per month (fixed)

Educational Qualification: First Class M.Sc. in Agronomy / Horticulture / Vegetable Science.

Age: 28 years as on 20th September, 2008. Relaxation in age limit of the candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/P.H. and women shall be provided as per Govt. of India Rules.

2. Project Assistant Level - I - Rs. 8,000/- per month (fixed)

Educational Qualification: B.Sc. in Chemistry

Age: 25 years as on 20th September, 2008. Relaxation in age limit of the candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/P.H. and women shall be provided as per Govt. of India Rules.

3. Project Assistant Level - II - Rs. 14,000/- per month (fixed)

Educational Qualification: First Class M.Tech. / M.Sc. in Geology / Geography or equivalent disciplene with one subject in GIS & Remote Sensing
Desirable: Working knowledge in the area of Remote Sensing & GIS
